摘要
针对目前工业建筑遗产保护与更新存在的不足,研究从城市总体层面出发,首先对现有工业建筑遗产进行调研和梳理,然后从历史赋予工业建筑遗产的价值和保护与更新的相关价值两个方面建立双指标模型评价法对长沙现存工业建筑遗产进行量化评估。根据评估结果,提出长沙工业建筑遗产保护与更新的基本策略:建立分级保护体系;划定保护片区,建立分区管理机制;因地制宜,分类引导再利用发展模式。
Currently renewing of industrial protection and building heritages are not enough, To overcome this issue, this research studied from the overall city level. Firstly, surveying and understanding of the existing industrial building heritages were conducted. Secondly, quantitative evaluation of industrial building heritagesin Changsha city was proceed based on proposed double-indicator model evaluation which was developed based on the historical value and value for protection and renewing of the industrial building heritages. According to the evaluation results, basic strategy of protection and renewing of industrial building heritages in Changsha city is proposed- developing protection systems of degrees, dividing protection areas,developing areas management system,classification of guidance with recycling development based on case-by-case.
