县城低碳交通规划框架体系研究

低碳发展是实现城市可持续发展的必然要求。如何实现低碳发展,是摆在城市规划研究者面前的一个重要课题。本文从城市交通的低碳发展角度,首先研究了低碳交通在城市低碳发展中的意义;其次,分析了低碳交通的内涵和特征,以及如何将低碳交通融入到县城未来的交通规划之中,真正把低碳交通落到实处,通过具体的规划思路和体系将其体现出来等一系列问题;最后选择低碳交通规划编制和管理中较为关键的几个节点展开研究,分别讨论低碳交通规划的体系构建、路径选择等问题,尝试建立既能够反映县城低碳及可持续发展建设要求,又能够适应市场经济规律的道路交通规划管理方式。

Low carbon development is the inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of the city.How to realize the low-carbon development is an important subiect in the city planning researchers. From the angle of city traffic low carbon development, firstly study the significance of low carbon transportation in the city of low- carbon development; secondly, analyses the connotation and characteristics of low- carbon transport, and how low carbon traffic into the future County transportation planning, the low-carbon transportation into practice, through the planning ideas the system and a series of problems will be reflected; the final choice of several nodes is a key low carbon traffic planning and management research, to discuss the construction of low-carbon transportation system planning, path selection problems respectively, try to establish not only can reflect the requirements of low-carbon and sustainable development of the county, and adapt to the market the economic law of the road traffic planning and management.
