问题与机遇导向的旧区改造规划思路探讨——以青岛市市南区西部地区规划为例

The Discussion of Planning Ideas for the Old-town Redevelopment Focusing Existing Problems and Opportunities——Taking the Regional Planning Project of the West Area of Southern Qingdao City as an Example

中国经过多年以新区建设为主的城市化后,旧区改造将成为城市建设重点。旧区改造规划与新区建设规划思路方法有明显的差别,对现状问题、发展机遇、发展策略的分析把握要求更深入具体。旧区改造规划不能套模式,应因地因时而异。本文以青岛市市南区西部地区规划为例,探讨旧城改造复兴的思路与规划设计方法。

China has been through decades of the urbanization which is based on the new city-area developing, and the future key point of the urban developing for China will be the old-town redevelopment. Ideas and methods of the old-town redevelopment are quite different from new city developing. The old-town redevelopment requites a deeper understanding and more specific details on the aspects of existing problems, opportunities of developing and strategies of developing. Therefore, the old-town redevelopment has to address the solutions to a certain site instead of applying a general developing pattern. This article takes the regional planning project of the west area of Southern QinDao City as an example, discussing the urban planning ideas and methods of the old-town redevelopment.
