Abstract： Both large-scale, multifunction high-rise complex buildings and small-scale, single-function of public buildings have its special design gimmicks in facade configuration, sectorization, general layout, vertical transportation, etc. This article will make a deep introduction and analysis on design features of Tianjin fuli building. This is a typical super-toll complex building at a height above 400 meters, it has a unique elevation molding, compact overall layout, convenient ＆ economic verticat transportation and the interesting design of characteristic space, which bring certain reference significance for the design of high-rise buildings.
