摘要 利用含氢聚硅氧烷与烯丙基环氧基聚醚的硅氢加成反应,制得中间体环氧聚醚改性聚硅氧烷(PESO),再与十二烷基叔胺反应,合成了一系列季铵化聚醚改性聚硅氧烷(QPEPS)。用IR、1H NMR等对QPEPS的结构进行表征,用柔软度仪、褶皱弹性仪等对其应用性能进行了研究。结果表明, QPEPS的表面张力18.66~21.09 mN/m。其中, QPEPS-4可乳化成平均粒径为25 nm、 Zeta电位值为+47.6 mV的透明微乳。与空白样相比,其经向和纬向的弯曲刚度降幅分别为31.6%和41.9%;白度变化很少,其静态吸水时间为1~3 s,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均大于99%。 A series of quaternary ammonium polyether modified polysiloxanes ( QPEPS ) with pendant quaternary ammonium polyether groups were synthesized by reaction of epoxy polyether polysiloxane (PESO), which was prepared from polymethylhydridoosiloxane and allyl polyether epoxy via hydrosilylation , with N,N-dimethyldodecylamine .Chemical structures of QPEPS were investigated by IR , 1 H-NMR, TEM, flexibility tester, and so on.Result showed that the surface tensions of QPEPSs were 18.66 -21.19 mN/m.Among which, QPEPS-4 were easily emulsified to a uniform and transparent micro-emulsion.The mean size of QPEPS-4 was 25 nm and the Zeta potential was +47.6 mV.Compared with the blank fabrics , the bending ri-gidity of both warp and filling dropped to 31.6% and 41.9%, respectively .There was little change on its whiteness , and its static water absorption time was 1-3 s.The fabric treated by QPEPS-4 demonstrates the a-bility to eliminate 99%of both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli .
