摘要
以三氯甲烷为萃取剂萃取甲基氯硅烷单体单体副产盐酸中的硅氧烷,通过分离,然后经水浴蒸出溶剂,于105℃烘箱中烘干,通过质量法获得副产盐酸中硅氧烷的含量。结果表明,该法相对标准偏差低于3%,加标回收率高于95%,该法在甲基氯硅烷生产中控过程中可行且有效,可用作甲基氯硅烷副产盐酸中硅氧烷质量分数的测定。
With chloroform as the extraction solvent , methylchlorosilane was separated through extraction from by-product of hydrochloric acid , and then the solvent was evaporated in a water bath , finally the product was dried in the oven at 105℃.The siloxane content in by-product of hydrochloric acid was obtained by gravi-metric method.Experimental results showed that the relative standard deviation was less than 3%, and the re-covery was higher than 95%.The method in the process of methyl chlorosilane proved to be feasible and effec-tive.It can be used to determine the mass fraction of siloxane content in methylchlorosilane by-product of hy-drochloric acid .
