摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)、交联剂、催化剂、偶联剂为原料,制得脱醇型单组分室温硫化(RTV-1)硅橡胶。考察了107硅橡胶的黏度、交联剂用量、催化剂种类、偶联剂类型和用量对脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶硫化速度的影响。结果表明,当107硅橡胶的黏度为60 000 m Pa·s,交联剂用量为4%,1%的钛酸酯配合物1作为催化剂,偶联剂KH-792的用量为0.3%时,制得的脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶具有较好的硫化速度,表干时间为15 min,8 h硫化深度为1.32 mm,24 h硫化深度为2.24 mm。
The dealcoholized one -component room temperature vulcanized ( RTV -1 ) silicone rubber was prepared by α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane ( 107 silicone rubber ) , crosslinking agent , catalyst and coupling agent .The factors which affected the curing rate of dealcoholized RTV -1 silicone rubber were stud-ied, including the viscosity of 107 rubber, the content of cross linking agent , the type and content of coupling agent and the type of catalyst .Results showed that the dealcoholized RTV -1 silicone rubber had a high cu-ring rate prepared with 60 000 mPa· s of 107 rubber , 4%crosslinking agent , 1%titanate chelate 1 and 0 .3%KH-792.The tack-free time is 15min, curing depth for 8 h and 24 h was 1.32mm and 2.24mm, respec-tively .
