带三角褶边的百叶窗翅片传热与阻力特性数值模拟 被引量:5

Numerical Simulation on Heat Transfer and Pressure Drop Characteristics of Louvered Fins with Triangle Corrugated Ruffles

摘要 增加三角波纹褶边,可以加强翅片边缘强度,使翅片边缘不轻易变形,但需要明确其对换热器空气侧流动传热的影响。本文通过数值模拟,对比研究了带三角波纹褶边与不带三角波纹褶边的百叶窗翅片管换热器空气侧换热及压降特性。首先与实验关联式比较,验证了模型精度。其后数值模拟结果显示,增加三角波纹褶边后,百叶窗翅片的换热因子及摩擦因子均有小幅增加,综合换热及压降因子变化很小。本研究可为翅片管换热器的设计提供参考。 The louvered fin can be strengthened and protected from deformation, if its edges were added triangle corrugated ruffles. However, the impact of the ruffles on the heat transfer and pressure drop of the heat exchanger should be clear. Heat transfer and pressure drop of louvered fins (with or without ruffles) were numerically studied with FLUENT. The precisions of the numerical models were firstly validated by experimental correlations. The simulation results showed that both the heat transfer factorj and the friction factorfof louvered fins with the triangle corrugated ruffles have small increase in comparison with those of the louvered fins without ruffles. The comprehensive index of heat transfer and pressure drop changes little. The study provides a valuable reference for the design of the fin-and-tube heat exchanger.
