基于实践导向的地理师范生教学技能培养对策探究

Research on Training Strategy of the Geography Student Teachers' Teaching Skills Based on Practice Oriented Skills

为了更好与基础教育改革有效衔接,高师院校在地理师范生的培养模式上要积极探索、改革创新。地理师范生的教学技能培养是改革的关键。本文联系实际,结合地理师范生教学技能的培养现状,分析存在的问题并提出具体改善建议。高师院校、高师教师和地理师范生应相互协调配合,构建"三位一体"的教学改革模式,促使地理师范生巩固基础技能,强化核心技能,提高拓展技能。

In order to effectively link up with the reform of basic education, teachers colleges in the geography student teacher＇ s train- ing mode should actively explore reform and innovation. The geography student teacher＇ s teaching skills training is the key of the re- form. In this paper, combining with the current situation of teaching skills of the geography student teachers, it analyzes the existing problems and puts forward specific suggestions for improvement. Teachers colleges, teachers and the geography student teachers should be coordinated with each other, construct the mode of three -in -one teaching reform, promote the geography student teachers to con- solidate basie skills, to strengthen core skills, and to improve development skills.
