社会治理的顶层推动和公民的多元诉求为志愿服务参与到社会治理创造了契机,大学生已成为志愿服务的主力军。分析当前大学生志愿精神培育出现的问题,结合社会治理理念提出完善大学生志愿服务机制、拓宽资金筹集渠道等对策,以更好地培育大学生的志愿精神。
