小学科学教师“X+2”培养模式理论与实践探索 被引量:1

摘要 自基础教育课程改革实施以来,小学科学课程教学一直是短板,在民族地区尤其凸显。主要原因是小学科学教师的数量不足、质量不高。培养数量足够、素质卓越的小学科学教师迫在眉睫、十分必要。经实践探索,文章提出"X+2"小学科学教师培养新模式,该模式尝试通过对本专科相关专业分方向强化,解决小学科学课程新教师的培养问题。 Since the reform of elementary education curricula, science teaching in primary schools has not been well nurtured and the situation has even been worse in the areas of ethnic groups. The shortage and poor quality of science teachers in primary schools is the major problem. So, it is crucial and urgent to train enough science teachers of high quality. "X+2", a new mode of training science teachers in primary schools put forth through practices in this article, proves to be a proper way to solve the problem because it puts emphasis on strengthening different branches of science subjects in colleges or universities.
