摘要
通过砂培试验,研究了5个供氮水平对粗壮女贞叶片生理特性以及叶片内含物含量的影响。结果表明:氮浓度为5.8 mmol/L时,粗壮女贞氮素不足,植株叶绿素总量最低,植株生长受到抑制,但叶片内含物含量较多;而氮浓度为15.0 mmol/L时,与其他处理相比,粗壮女贞氮素充足,整体生理机能良好,生长速率较高,叶片中游离氨基酸含量较高,但水浸出物和皂甙含量最低,叶片中其他内含物含量也受到了一定影响。
We studied separately the effects of five levels of nitrogen treatments on physiological property and inclusion contents in the leaves of Ligustrum robustum in a sandy culture experiment. These results showed that under the 5. 8 mmol / L nitrogen treatment,the chlorophyll content was the lowest,and the plant growth was restrained because the nitrogen was not enough for the L. robustum,but the inclusion contents in leaves were much higher. Under the 15. 0 mmol / L concentration of nitrogen treatment,the physiological function was well,which led the plant to a much higher growth rate with more free amino acid content in the leaves,because the nitrogen was sufficient for the plant. But the aqueous extracts and saponin contents in leaves were the least,the other inclusions except for aqueous extracts and saponin were also influenced.
