摘要
为了探索合理的栽植措施以提高银杏生长量,以1年生银杏盆栽苗为试验材料,在人工气候室中设定不同温度和光强处理,测定40 d内银杏苗高、地径、茎容量指数、干物质的增量、生长率及根冠比的变化规律。研究结果显示:随着温度和光强的增加,苗高、地径及茎容量指数的变化未呈现显著的规律变化,其中温度25℃(白天均温)/15℃(夜间均温)、光强300μmol/(m2·s)时,植株苗高、地径及茎容量指数最高;随着温度的升高,植株生物量增量、生长速率和根冠比呈现下降的趋势;而随着光强的升高,上述参数未呈现明显的变化趋势。
With the aim of exploring the suitable culture measurement to improve the growth of ginkgo seedlings,we took one-year old ginkgo seedlings as objects,which grown in different phytotrons for 40 days under the different temperatures and light intensities. The following parameters( height,ground diameter,stem volume index,biomass increment of dry weight,relative growth rate and root shoot ratio) were detected during the 40 days. The height,ground diameter and stem volume index did not change regularly as the increasing of light intensity and temperature. The value of height,ground diameter and stem volume index were the highest at 25 ℃( the daytime temperature) /15 ℃( night temperature) and 300 μmol /( m^2·s). Biomass increment,relative growth rate and root shoot ratio decreased with the increasing temperature,while the following parameters did not change regularly as the increasing of light intensity.
