摘要
以Fick扩散定律为基础,建立热浸法提取箬竹叶总黄酮的动力学模型,由此推算出提取速率常数、内扩散系数和活化能等动力学参数,考察温度和时间对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明:所得模型能较好地描述箬竹叶总黄酮提取的动态过程,箬竹叶总黄酮的提取过程符合一级动力学方程。热力学数据表明:该提取过程是自发、吸热和熵增加的过程。
Based on Fick's law of diffusion,a kinetic model was built to describe the extraction of total flavonoids from the leaves of Indocalamus tessellatus by hot dipping method. Kinetic parameters such as rate constant,internal diffusion coefficient and activation energy were calculated according to the model,and the influences of temperature and time on the extraction efficiency were studied. The results showed that the extraction process was well described by the first-order kinetics equation. The thermodynamic data showed that the extraction was a spontaneous,endothermic and entropy increase process.
