摘要
针对补偿脉冲发电机(CPA)分析了电机的内生热源,采用解析方法,推导了适用于CPA传热的常物性一维非定常、非齐次柱坐标系导热微分方程解析解,求得了辐射-导热复合换热(边界条件非线性)的数值解。在此基础上,利用基于有限元法的机电磁热联合仿真方法,分析了CPA放电电磁场特性,计算得到了CPA放电典型损耗,求解了CPA在单次脉冲放电后的温度场分布及温度变化情况,并分析了联合仿真较之经典求解方法的优越性。研究成果为CPA的热控优化设计提供了重要参考。
The theoretical result of the heat conduction partial differential equation we needed was found, and then calculated the numerical result of coupling radiation-conduction heat transfer equation in MATLAB. Furthermore, this article made use of the combined simulation function of Ansys Workbench and Maxwell, transferred the power loss data calculated in Maxwell directly into transient thermal analysis project, and then calculated the temperature field of CPA after one single pulse discharge. Although, compared the differences between two methods. The conclusion provided valuable reference for design of temperature control.
