Error Cause Analysis of Leakage of Positive Displacement Liquid Flowmeter

流量计是确保流量测量工作高效开展的重要工具。尤其是在现代工业行业中,流量测量已成为一项必不可少的工作,因而越来越多的流量计在流量测量中得到了广泛的应用。基于这一背景,笔者对液体容积式流量计工作原理及其误差的成因、液体容积式流量计漏失量大小的影响因素进行了分析。对降低液体容积式流量计漏失量引起的误差提出了几点浅见;最后对全文进行了简单的总结。

Flow meter is an important tool to ensure the efficient development of flow rate measurement. Especially in the modem in- dustry, the flow rate measurement has become an essential work, and therefore, flowmeters are more and more widely applied in the flow measurement. The working principle, the leakage influence factors and the leakage error causes r of the positive displacement liquid flow meter are analyzed, and some suggestions for reducing the leakage error of the positive displacement liquid flow meter are presented.
