摘要 针对橇装活塞式体积管受运载车辆行驶过程中的颠簸、原油介质成分复杂等因素,分析了对橇装活塞式体积管计量性能产生的影响,从而降低原油流量计的检定准确度。从体积管工作原理入手,着重探讨了橇装活塞式体积管期间核查的必要性及检查方法选择。阐述了对应体积管核查的实施情况,对应用的3台橇装式体积管经过进行期间核查,可以确保整套装置运行稳定,检测数据准确可靠,减少计量纠纷的发生,确保油田原油流量量值传递的准确可靠。 The calibration accuracy of skid-mounted piston volume tube is influenced by many factors such as the bump of launch vehicle traveling process, the complex composition of crude oil medimn. The effects of the influencing factors on the metering perfor- mance of the skid-mounted piston volume tube are analyzed in order to improve the calibration accuracy of crude oil flowmeter. The necessity and the selection of the calibration methods of intermediate checks of the skid-mounted piston volume tube are discussed according to the working principle of the volume. The implementation of the intermediate checks is expounded, and the intermediate checks of three in-use skid-mounted volume tubes are implemented, which can ensure the stable operation the accurate and reliable test data of the whole device, and can reduce metering disputes and ensure the accurate and reliable value transfer of crude oil flow- rate in oil fields.
