摘要 姬塬油田为长庆油田公司的主力生产油田,2013年对该油田注水系统进行了规模节能监测,摸清了注水系统各节点能耗分布特征。提出了结合现场实际对姬28转注水系统进行局部增压、降压增注或流程优化;对注水泵进行恒压控制改造,消除或减少回流;对压力损失大的干线清管除垢。 Jiyuan oilfield is main production oiifield of Changqing Oilfield Company, and in 2013, the energy-saving monitoring of the oilfield water injection system of the oilfield was carried out, and the energy consumption distribution of characteristics at all the nodes of the water injection system are known. The energy-saving measures for Ji 28 water injection system are proposed as follows: locally pressurizing, depressurizing to increase water injection or optimizating process; controlling water injection pump at constant pressure to eliminate or reduce the reflux; clearing the scale in the main pipelines of the water projection system.
