摘要风险投资并非一个新鲜事物。纵观过去,风险资本在科技转化以及社会经济发展方面起到了至关重要的作用。近来,政府决策者以及经济学家都肯定了创业企业家以及中小企业在经济发展和科技创新方面的贡献。
