阴囊隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤4例诊治报告并文献复习

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans of the scrotum:4 cases report and review of the literature

目的探讨阴囊隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤(dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans,DFSP)的临床及病理学特点,提高其诊治水平。方法对恩施中心医院2003年1月至2013年9月收治的4例阴囊DFSP患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并复习近年国内外相关文献。结果 4例患者均行扩大切除术,随诊1年,复发2例,但无远处转移。结论阴囊DFSP非常少见,易局部复发,远处转移少见,治疗以手术切除为主。

Objective To study clinicopathologic features of and improve diagnostic and treatment level of DFSP of the scrotum. Methods The clinical features of 4 cases of DFSP between Jan 2003 to Sep 2013 were analyzed retrospectively, and we also performed the literature reviews. Results There were 2 cases of recurrence without distant metastasis in one-year follow-up after exci- sion with wide margins. Conclusions DFSP of the scrotum is an uncommon, locally aggressive but rarely metastasizing and the primary treatment is surgical resection.
