摘要
为促进应用型护理人才的培养,提出基于岗位胜任力的应用型本科人才培养模式。研究及讨论以岗位胜任力为基础应用型本科人才培养模式的构建,涵盖基于岗位胜任力的人才培养目标的制定,课程体系设计,教学方法和手段的改革,评价体系的创新等。
In order to promote the quality of nursing personnel training in application -oriented colleges and universities,this study raise talent training mode for cultivate application-oriented talents based on the competency model.So this paper does certain researches on construction of nursing talent train-ing mode based on the competency model,including the design of educational objectives,the constitute of curriculum system,the reform of teaching methods and the innovation of evaluation system.
