培土生金法联合穴位贴敷曼吉磁贴治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效观察

The effect observation of ridging raw gold and man's magnet treatment of pediatric chronic cough

目的：探讨穴位敷贴曼吉磁贴治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法：选择2013年1月～2014年1月我院100例小儿慢性咳嗽患者为研究对象，随机等分为试验组和对照组。对照组按常规治疗，试验组在对照组基础上按培土生金的法则选穴，取膏肓、足三里为一组，肺俞、脾俞为另一组，交替使用，痰多加丰隆，喘甚加天突，进行曼吉磁贴穴位贴敷，治疗2周。结果：治疗2周后试验组疗效好于对照组为，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：曼吉磁贴穴位敷贴治疗小儿慢性咳嗽有一定的临床效果。

Objective：To discuss the effect of man′s magnet treatment of pediatric chronic cough.Methods：According to the inclusion criteria collected 100 pediatric patients with chronic cough,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group with conventional treat-ment,the experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment according to the law of ridging raw gold,take Gaomang,Zusanli for a group,Feiyu and Piyu was the other group.Phlegm more hong leong,breathe heavily on Mann′s magnet acupoints were applied,treatment 2 weeks.Results：The effect of ex-perimental group was better than the control group after treatment two groups.Conclusion：Mann′s magnet of acupoint sticking therapy of pediatric chronic cough has certain clinical effect.
