中药熏洗治疗产后身痛的临床疗效观察

The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fuming-washing treatment on postpartum pain of body

目的：探讨中药熏洗治疗产后身痛的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2012年11月～2013年11月收治的64例产后身痛患者作为研究对象，将其随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者给予口服阿司匹林，观察组在对照组基础上加用中药熏洗治疗，比较两组患者中医症状评分、治疗后数字疼痛评分（NPRS）及临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗后中医症状评分及NPRS评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。对照组治疗有效率明显少于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：采用中药熏洗治疗产后身痛安全有效，值得推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fuming -washing treatment on postpartum pain of body.Methods：64 patients with postpartum pain of body were randomly divided into observation group and control group .Traditional Chinese medicine fuming-washing com-bined with oral aspirin were used in observation group and oral aspirin alone was used in control group.The numerical pain rating scale（NPRS）score,tradi-tional Chinese medicine symptom scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results：The score of NPRS and traditional Chinese medicine symptom in observation group were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）.The efficiency rate of control group was lower than that of ob-servation group, showed significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using traditional Chinese medicine fuming -washing treat-ment on postpartum pain of body is safe and effective,worth clinical promotion.
