卵巢癌组织中YAP、P73的表达变化及意义 被引量:7

Expression changes of YAP and P73 in ovarian cancer and its significance

摘要 目的观察卵巢癌组织中Yes-相关蛋白(YAP)、P73的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法卵巢癌患者157例、卵巢交界性肿瘤患者52例、卵巢良性肿瘤患者37例,术中留取肿瘤组织。采用免疫组化Eli Vision法检测YAP、P73,并分析二者与卵巢癌临床病理参数的关系。结果卵巢癌组织、卵巢交界性肿瘤组织、卵巢良性肿瘤组织中YAP阳性表达率分别为42.68%、59.62%、67.57%,P73阳性表达率分别为65.61%、38.46%、35.14%;卵巢癌组织中YAP、P73的阳性表达率与卵巢良性肿瘤及交界性肿瘤相比,P均<0.01。不同组织学类型、腹水情况的卵巢癌组织中YAP表达相比,P均<0.05。不同WHO病理分级、FIGO临床分期、淋巴结转移情况、腹水情况的卵巢癌组织中P73表达相比,P均<0.05。卵巢癌组织中YAP、P73的表达无相关性(r=-0.080,P=0.319)。结论卵巢癌组织中YAP阳性表达率降低,P73阳性表达率增高,二者可能参与了卵巢癌的发病和进展。 Objective To observe the expression changes of Yes-associated protein ( YAP) and tumor suppressor gene P73 in the ovarian cancer tissues and to investigate the clinical significance.Methods A total of 157 patients with o-varian cancer, 52 patients with borderline ovarian tumor and 37 patients with benign ovarian tumor were selected, and their tumor tissues were obtained during the surgery.The expression of YAP and P73 in each tumor tissues was detected by im-munohistochemical EliVision method, and the relationships of YAP and P73 with the clinical pathological parameters were analyzed.Results The positive rates of YAP expression in the ovarian cancer, borderline tumor and benign tumor tissues were 42.68%, 59.62%and 67.57%, the positive rates of P73 expression were 65.61%, 38.46% and 35.14%.The positive rates of YAP and P73 expression in the ovarian cancer were significantly lower than those in the borderline tumor and benign tumor tissues (all P&lt;0.01).Significant differences were found in the YAP positive expression of ovarian canc-er tissues with different histological types and ascites (all P〈0.05).Significant differences were also found in the P73 positive expression of ovarian cancer tissues with different WHO pathological grades, FIGO clinical stage, lymph node me-tastasis and ascites (all P〈0.05).YAP expression was not correlated with P73 expression in the ovarian cancer tissues (r=-0.080, P=0.317).Conclusion In the ovarian cancer tissues, the YAP expression is decreased and the P73 ex-pression is increased, and both of them may be involved in the onset and progress of ovarian cancer.
