摘要
通过对超静定液压支架进行三维模型构建,并采用单向流固耦合方法对其立柱进行有限元分析,可知超静定液压支架应避免长期处于冲击载荷工况下,且对立柱缸体出现应力集中给出了改进措施,这为改善其结构设计和提高工作性能提供了理论依据。
Through to the statically indeterminate hydraulic support to build the 3 d model and USES the uniflow solid coupling method have carried on the finite element analysis to the pillar ,known statically indeterminate hydraulic support should be avoi‐ded under impact load condition for a long time ,and improvement measures are provided for the pillar cylinder body appear stress concentration ,it to improve its structure design and provides theory basis for improving work performance .
