摘要
对横切飞剪设备结构和控制系统(CLM位置控制器和力士乐伺服传动系统的参数设定和程序)进行分析,通过优化过程控制和设备改进,实现飞剪工作稳定性和剪切长度精度提高,最终实现降低生产成本。
This paper analyzes the structure of cutters ,and control system (CLM position controller and parameter setting of rexroth servo drive system and procedures) .By optimization of process control and equipment improvement ,to realize the flying shear and shear length accuracy stable to work ,eventually reduce the production cost .
