摘要
皮带作为重要的井下运输设备,运行的稳定性将直接关系到煤矿的正常生产。通过对皮带安装过程和调试过程进行简要说明以及对皮带运行过程中可能出现的故障进行分析,利用自带传感器迅速判断故障位置并给出一些基本的处理措施。
Belt as important underground transportation equipment ,running stability will be directly related to the normal pro‐duction of coal mine .Through the installation process of belt and the debugging process ,a brief description and the possible fail‐ure in the process of belt running are analyzed .Using the built‐in sensors quickly determine fault location and some basic meas‐ures are presented .
