摘要
在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交试验优化热水浸提法提取广南铁皮石斛多糖的工艺,利用紫外分光光度法测定多糖含量。结果表明,铁皮石斛多糖热水浸提法的最佳提取工艺为浸提次数3次,料液比1∶40,浸提温度90℃,此条件下多糖的得率为24.6%。
The paper optimizes the extraction process of polysaccharide from Guangnan Caulis Dendrobii by hot water extraction through the orthogonal experiment and determines the content of polysaccharide using ultraviolet spectrophotometry on the basis of single factor experiment. The result shows that the optimum extraction times is three, the ratio of material to water is 1 to 40, leaching temperature is 90℃ and the polysaccharide yield ratio is 24.6%.
