摘要
以(Cu50Zr50)100-x-yAlxMy的玻璃形成能力和力学性能为考察指标,研究了添加微量Fe、Ti、Ga、Sn等元素对非晶合金性能的影响。最终确定了添加适量Fe、Ti、Ga、Sn等金属元素能明显提高非晶合金的玻璃形成能力。在直径为3 mm的(Cu50Zr50)96-yAl4My中添加微量金属元素后,其断裂强度和屈服强度均降低;在直径为5 mm的(Cu50Zr50)94-yAl6My中添加适量Fe、Ti、Ga、Sn等金属元素后,其屈服强度大大提高,但降低了其断裂强度和塑性应变。
The paper studies the effect of trace metal elements on the properties of amorphous alloys using the glass forming ability and mechanical properties of (Cu50Zr50)100-x-yAlxMy as the index of investigation. The ifnal results are:adding appropriate amount of Fe、Ti、Ga、Sn and other metal elements can signiifcantly improve the glass forming ability of amorphous alloy; adding trace metal elements in (Cu50Zr50)96-yAl4My, whose diameter is 3mm, the fracture strength and yield strength are decreased; adding Fe, Ti, Ga, Sn and other metal elements in (Cu50Zr50)94-yAl6My, whose diameter is 5mm, can greatly improve the yield strength, but the fracture strength and the plastic strain are reduced.
