摘要
文章从铟矿资源的分布及产业现状等方面进行了综述,对电炉火法炼锌工艺中的产品硬锌提取铟工艺进行研究。工艺过程中处理硬锌真空法包括真空精炼和真空蒸馏,文章根据真空蒸馏提纯法的原理利用主金属和杂质间饱和蒸气压的差别,在挥发或冷凝过程中将杂质除去,研究真空下铟的制取工艺。真空精炼硬锌制备富铟渣,铟的回收率为80%,真空蒸馏海绵铟提取粗铟的提取率为98.5%。
The paper gives an introduction to the distribution and the industry development of indium ore and studies the technology of extracting indium from hard zinc in electric furnace zinc pyrometallurgical process. In the process vacuum approach to hard zinc involves vacuum reifning and vacuum distillation. The impurities are removed and indium is extracted in the process of evaporation or condensation using the saturated vapor pressure difference between metals and impurities based on the principle of vacuum distillation purification method. In producing indium-rich slag from hard zinc by vacuum reifning, the recycling rate of indium is 80%; the extracting rate of raw indium by vacuum distillation of sponge indium is 98.5%.
