The Impact of College Students' Professional Commitment on Their Investment in Learning

通过构建大学生专业承诺对学习投入产生影响的结构方程模型并进行验证发现:专业承诺中的情感承诺因子和理想承诺因子对学习投入的三个维度都具有显著正向影响,大学生的规范承诺、继续承诺因子对学习投入的三个维度没有影响。研究认为,培养学习兴趣、对专业价值的认识进行有效的引导是提高学生学习效果的根本途径。

By constructing the structural equation model of the influence of professional commitment on learning and through validation, the paper ifnds that affective commitment and ideal commitment have signiifcant positive influence on the three dimensions of learning engagement, while the normative commitment and the continuance commitment of local university students have no effect on the three dimensions of learning engagement. It is concluded that the fundamental way to improving learners＆#39; learning effect is to develop their interest in learning and to guide them to positively understand the value of their major.
