摘要
医疗纠纷的过程总体可分为投诉接待阶段、交涉谈判阶段、解决协议阶段等,应针对不同阶段患方的心理特征,采取相应干预措施,以降低医疗纠纷处理的难度和成本。
The process of medical disputes can be divided into complains reception phase, negotiation phase and settlement agreement phase. The major mental characteristics of patients on different phases should be distinguished and emphasized, and countermeasures could be taken to decrease the difficulty and cost of medical disputes disposal.
