摘要
目的探索200l^2013年我国老年护理质量管理研究现况和发展动态,为提升老年护理服务质量提供参考。方法采用文献计量学分析方法,检索2001~2013年收录在中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文科技期刊数据库和万方学术论文数据库中与老年护理质量管理有关的文献,对文献的年度变化、地区分布、期刊分布以及主题词内容等进行分析。结果共检索出相关文献211篇,文献数量呈逐年递增趋势,研究类型主要为老年患者护理质量临床实践,核心内容为质量与安全。结论建议加强对老年护理质量理论与工具的研究,推进老年护理质量标准体系的建立,加强老年护理人才队伍建设,以提升老年护理服务质量。
Objective To analyze research status and development of quality management studies of nursing service for older people from 2001 to 2013 in China, and to provide references for the improvement of nursing care quality. Method All published papers on quality management of nursing service for older people were retrieved from China biomedical reference database [ CBM） , VIP Chinese science and technology database and Wan_fang academic database from 2001 to 2013. The annual number of publication, places of study, journal of publication and research types and contents were analyzed. Result A total of 211 articles were retrieved and the number of targeted publication increased by year. Research types were mainly for clinical practice or experience of nursing quality management of older patients, and core research contents were quality and safety. Conclusion The studies on tools and theory of nursing care for older people are recommended and the establishment of a quality standard system needs to be promoted to strengthen the nursing personnel and improve the nursing care quality.
