摘要
在计划阶段,应用头脑风暴法,由科室全体员工提出可能引发火灾的原因,采用多米诺投票法评选主要原因,提出改进措施。在实施阶段,落实消防安全核心制度,加强设备及电路管理,规范危化品管理。在检查阶段,通过调研和日常督查发现,项目改进效果显著,有效减少了火灾隐患。通过持续改进,发现ICU消防安全监管需进入下一轮PDCA循环,以更好地保障医疗安全。
By brainstorming method in problem analysis stage, potential causes of fire were proposed by department staff, and main causes were selected by using domino voting method, following by countermeasures. During program implementation phase, fire safety core system was implemented to strengthen circuit management and standardize management of hazardous chemicals. During check phase, through investigation and routine inspection, the project was found with significant results which effectively reduced fire hazards. Through continuing improvement , ICU fire safety regulation was found to be needed for further improvement for the next round of PDCA cycle to ensure better medical safety.
