节育器放置服务质量评价指标体系研究

Delphi Method in Establishment of Service Quality Evaluation Index System for Intrauterine Contraceptive Device( IUD) Insertion Service

目的建立科学、系统的育龄妇女宫内节育器放置服务质量评价指标。方法依托朱迪思·布鲁斯(Judith Bruce)的计划生育技术服务质量理论框架,采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家函询,共有30名专家对条目进行修改和筛选,并将结果进行统计学处理。结果两轮德尔菲法咨询后,专家对各指标的意见基本趋于一致,一级指标3项,二级指标11项,三级指标18项。专家的权威系数的均值为0.79,积极系数分别为93.75%、100%,一致性系数分别为0.356、0.589。结论该指标构建具有一定的科学性及可行性,可以作为评价育龄妇女宫内节育器放置服务质量的参考,但仍需要后续的实证研究进一步验证。

Objective To develop a quality evaluation index system for intrauterine contraceptive device （IUD ） insertion service. Method Based on the Judith Bruce birth control technological services quality framework and the primary construction of the index system, two rounds of Delphi processes were performed including 30 experts on indicators selection and screening following by statistical analysis. Result After two rounds of Delphi processes, experts＇ consensus was achieved with 3 first class indexes, 11 second class indexes, and 18 third class indexes. The mean experts authoritative coefficient was 0.79, activity coefficients were 93.75% and 100% respectively, and consistency coefficient were 0. 385 and 0. 637, respectively. Conclusion The establishment of the index system was scientific and feasible, which can be used as a reference to evaluate the quality of IUD in- sertion services in women with reproductive age. Further studies are still needed for applicability.
