引入品管圈活动,遵循PDCA循环,使ESD术后胃肠减压引流不畅率由12.05%降低到2.78%。品管圈活动可以改进临床工作方法,促进患者早日康复。
Introduced quality control circles, follow the PDCA cycle, 12.05% ESD poor drainage rate after decompression before the event was reduced to 2.78%. QCC can improve clinical methods, and promote early recovery of patients.
