引入品管圈活动,遵循PDCA循环,使年轻护士外周静脉一次穿刺成功率由72.3%提高至85.7%,提高了患者满意度。
Introduced QC group activities, follow the PDCA cycle, the one -time peripheral vein puncture success rate in young nurse was increased from 72.6% to 85.7% , improved the satisfaction of patients.
