摘要 目的探讨产科护士岗位管理的实践成效。方法按照护士岗位管理要求,从岗位设置、护士配备、绩效考核、岗位培训、职称晋升等方面制定方案并实施,收集岗位管理实践前后1年病人对护理工作的满意度、护理工作质量相关数据进行统计比较。结果实施护士岗位管理后病人满意度、护理工作质量较实施前提升。结论护士岗位管理调动了护士的工作积极性,加强了护理团队建设,提高了护理管理效能,促进了优质护理服务的深入开展。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of nurse positions management. Method According to the nurse positions management requirements, programs were established and implemented from aspects of positions settings, nurses allocation, performance appraisal, training, promotion, etc. The patient satisfaction and nursing care quality related data were collected and compared before and after one year of nurse positions management. Result After the nurse positions management, the patient satisfaction level and the quality of care were improved. Conclusion The nurse positions management mobilizes the work enthusiasm of nurses, strengthens the nurses'team building, improves the management efficiency, and promotes the development of high quality nursing care.
