摘要
根据儿科门诊输液间工作性质及需求,把儿科门诊临床岗位分为:输液责任岗、巡回责任岗、药疗岗、雾化责任岗、夜班岗等,制定各岗位职责、工作流程及考核细则,完善绩效考核方案等,进行岗位管理。实施岗位管理,提高了病人满意率,提升了护理质量。
According to the characteristics and demand of work in transfusion room in Department of Pediatrics, the outpatient clinical positions were classified into infusion responsibility post, inspection responsibility post, medication post, atomization responsibility post, night shift post, etc. The positions responsibilities, work processes and assessment rules were developed, the performance appraisal programs were improved, and job management was conducted. The implementation of positions management can improve patient satisfaction and quality of nurse care.
