How to Do the Telephone Recruitment of Blood Components Donors

摘要 根据AIDET标准沟通方式的5个步骤,设计并建立AIDET沟通模板,对成分献血者电话招募用语进行详细描述和示范,提高了招募成功率,更好地满足了临床用血需求。 According to the five steps in the standard communication pattern of AIDET, the AIDET communication templates were designed and established to describe and demonstrate the expressions and words during telephone recruitment of blood components donors. It improved the success rate of recruitment, and better satisfied the needs of clinical blood use.
