摘要
分析目前医疗损害鉴定制度中的弊端,对现有的程序性问题进行梳理,提出强化当事人鉴定程序启动权、举办听证会、异地鉴定等完善医疗损害鉴定制度的策略,从而优化医疗损害司法鉴定程序,制订更加科学的医疗损害鉴定制度。
The drawbacks in current medical damage appraisal system were analyzed, and the existing procedural issues were reviewed. Measures for improvement of judicial authentication of medical damage should be taken including strengthening the authentication launch power of the party, holding hearing, long - distance authentication, which aimed to optimize the judicial authentication procedures of medical damage, build a more scientific system of medical damage appraisal system.
