摘要 介绍了苏州中心"未来之翼"采光顶屋面的设计要点。该屋面外部构造采用异型曲面造型,采用BIM技术对屋面三维模型进行建模成型分析,结合对现场已施工完成并处于静态稳定状态的大鸟钢结构受力变形计算分析结果,对BIM建模进行修正,再借助BIM技术对屋面板块进行深化设计、下料和安装。同时介绍了该屋面的防排水设计。 The article introduces the design key points of Suzhou Central Plaza daylighting roof named Wing of Future. The external structure of the roof adopted special-shape surface modeling, and BIM technology was used to establish and analyze the 3D roof model. Combining the calculating and analyzing results of the Big Bird steel structure's stress deformation after its installation and being in a static state, the BIM model was rectified, and the roof plates were designed in detail, cut and installed. Meanwhile, the paper also introduces the waterproofing and drainage design of the roof.
