Roofing Construction Technology of National Organization and Cadre Institute Engineering

全国组织干部学院工程,屋面防水采用2层4 mm厚Ⅱ型SBS改性沥青卷材热熔法工艺,由于屋面各种节点细部多,又受到工期限制,给施工带来一定难度。通过精心组织施工和加强质量管控,保证了工程质量,为项目获得"鲁班奖"作出了贡献。本文详细介绍了该项目的屋面施工技术,包括屋面保温、材料找坡和屋面防水。

Two layers of Ⅱ type SBS modified asphalt membrane with 4 mm thickness were used for roof of national organization and cadre institute by hot melt method. The construction was difficult because of too many details on the roof and time limit. Carefully organized construction and strengthened quality control ensured the engineering quality, which help the project won ＂Luban＂ award. This article detailed roofing construction technology, such as roof insulation, material looking for slop and roof waterproofing.
