摘要
依据国标GB 11567.2中对于汽车后下部防护装置的要求,利用LS-DYNA仿真软件对改进后的货车后下部防护装置进行了50%偏置碰撞的仿真分析。通过对碰撞过程中的结构变形、位移变化、碰撞速度、碰撞减速度以及吸能情况的分析,表明后防护装置与移动壁障进行50%偏置碰撞时,移动壁障不发生钻入碰撞的后防护支臂和斜支撑构件最小壁厚为2 mm。
Rear bumper at 50% offset collision is simulated,optimized and validated with LS-DYNA in accordance with related regulation of GB 11567.2-2001 concerning rear bumper. The simulation analyses of the deformation,velocity and deceleration show that when 50% offset collision is occured between rear bumper and mobile walls, the minimum wall thickness of arm and inclined support component of mobile wails which don' go into the rear bumper is 2 mm.
