摘要
踏板感觉模拟器可以为驾驶员提供制动踏板感觉,是线控制动系统的重要组成部分。提出了一种基于电液伺服阀控制的踏板感觉模拟器,分析了踏板感觉模拟器的工作原理,运用AMESim软件建立了踏板感觉模拟器的动力学模型,利用Matlab软件设计了经典的PID控制方法。通过实例仿真分析,表明该踏板感觉模拟器可以为驾驶员提供良好的制动踏板感觉。
A new pedal feel simulator was proposed by equipping an electro-hydraulic servo valve. From its working principle, a dynamic model of pedal feel simulator was established by using AMESim software. The classic PID control method was designed by using Matlab software. Simulation results show that this kind of pedal feel simulator can provide a good pedal feeling for driver.
