184例孕妇无痛人工流产术中心理干预效果的调查

Survey on the Effect of Psychology Intervention in Painless Abortion of 184 Pregnant Women

目的探讨在无痛人工流产术中采取心理干预措施对患者焦虑心理的缓解效果,为心理干预方式的推广应用提供理论依据。方法选取2013年6月至2015年2月在济宁市第一人民医院接受无痛人工流产术者184例,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别采用传统护理和心理干预方式,利用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者焦虑状态进行测量,分析2组评分量值,比较2种方式的效果。结果调查184例(2组均为92例),观察组焦虑发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);SAS评分值分别为(46.35±7.38)分、(25.71±5.64)分(P<0.01)。结论在无痛人工流产术中采用心理干预措施可以有效缓解患者的焦虑心理,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the soothing effect of perioperative psychology intervention on patients＇ anxiety in painless abortion,so as to provide theoretical basis for the popularization and application of psychology intervention. Methods A total of 184 patients who accepted painless abortion were randomly divided into two groups（control group and observed group）.The control group accepted traditional operation,while the observed group accepted interventional nursing.Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）was used to evaluate patients＇ anxiety.Score values of two groups were analyzed,and the effects of two nursing were compared. Results The anxiety rate of observed groupis lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.A statistically significant difference in SAS scores is found between the control group（46.35±7.38）and the observed group（25.71±5.64）（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The psychology intervention which can effectively relieve anxiety of patients whoaccept painless abortion is worthy of clinical promotion.
