摘要
研究用化学制备的SnO_2在各种不同温度和辐照条件下的晶化。实验表明,非晶SnO_2在200℃下是稳定的,高于200℃开始逐步晶化,在电子和γ-射线辐照下会生长出SnO_2针状晶体或晶须。
Crystallization of noncrystalline SnO_2 prepared by chemical mothod is studied at different temperatures and under various irradiation conditions. It is found that noncrystalline SnO_2 is stable below 200℃ and is crystallized gradually over 200℃. Needle-like SnO_2 crystal and whisker could be grown from noncrystalline SnO_2 under irradiation of electron beam and ^(60)Co γ-ray.
