摘要
本文介绍了林业项目的种类、林业项目的资金渠道,以及申报林业项目应注意的事项、做好林业项目建设组织实施的程序,指出了林业项目实施中存在的主要问题,并提出加强林业项目管理和资金管理的主要措施。
In this paper the types and fund sources of forestry projects were introduced, and the matters needing attention in forestry project applications and procedures for good organization and implementation of forestry projects were discussed. The main existing problems in the implementation of forestry projects were pointed out and the main measures of strengthening management of forestry projects and their funds were put forward.
