肾移植术后重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者的救治体会 被引量：2

摘要 肺部感染是肾移植术后最常见的感染并发症,亦是造成肾移植受体死亡的主要原因[1,2].国内外有关器官移植术后感染的防治性研究已有较多报道,但对肾移植术后重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭的ICU治疗却鲜有论及.我院ICU于1992年7月～2002年2月收治肾移植术后重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭28例,其中,1992年7月～2000年9月(第一阶段)收治15例,死亡率较高;2000年9月～2002年2月(第二阶段)收治13例,调整治疗方案,取得了较好的效果.
