摘要
为准确评估阿克苏地区鸡禽流感的免疫效果,笔者于2010-2014年对阿克苏地区9县市采集的15016份鸡血清样品进行了H5亚型禽流感抗体检测。结果显示,有12838份样品合格,总体合格率为85%,其中规模养殖场抗体检测合格率达到了88%,高于交易市场和散养户。
Abstract： In order to accurately assess the immune effects of Avian Influenza in Aksu Prefecture, 2010-2014 to 15016 copies of chicken serum samples were collected from Aksu Prefecture nine counties were H5 subtype of avian influenza antibodies. The results show that there are 12838 samples were qualified, the overall pass rate of 85%, with the size of farms antibody test pass rate of 88%, higher than the market and backyard farmers.
